Ethernet I/O
By William Topping

I`m not the most naturally gifted guy when it comes to computers. I know how to word process on one, and I can surf the web when I have to, but that`s about the depth of my computer expertise. Mention Ethernet I/o to me and you`ll see my eyes glaze over as I haven`t got a clue what this is. Support server drivers are alien to me and a din-rail mount means absolutely nothing. To companies these phrases will be highly important as they refer to vital parts of an Ethernet I/o server. The Ethernet I/o is an integral part of a computerised network and it can help with analog output applications. Industrial computer supplies companies can provide an Ethernet I/o for all types of business applications. The comprehensive types of servers come with 4 channel outputs and they have 12 bit resolutions as standard. A built-in watchdog timer and real-time clock are just some of the features that one of the Ethernet I/o servers will come with as standard. It`s still a bit confusing for someone like me who has limited computer knowledge. However, even I can appreciate the qualities of the Ethernet I/o and see how much it must benefit a company that it works for.
