We`ve got recess lighting in two areas of our home. The first area where this type of lighting is fitted is upstairs on the landing. The second area is in the kitchen and whenever one of the bulbs blows in the kitchen, I always have trouble getting the old bulb out. It`s such a fiddly job and due to this I`ve not replaced a bulb that has blown over the cooker area for quite a while. What I have been considering is investing in
Led Gu10 lamps because they are supposed to burn for 50,000 hours. If I replaced all the lighting in the kitchen with
Led Gu10 lamps they`d last for an absolute age. This would save me the hassle of having to fiddle around with the lamps every time one of them needed replacing. The other great plus point about fitting lamps of this nature is they tend to emit low heat levels. This helps to save energy and it means the house would be greener as a result. It`s been highlighted recently about the devastating effect that we are having on the planet so it`s important for everyone to try to be more environmentally friendly where they can. Lamps like the
Led Gu10 would certainly help our home to be tad greener and I wouldn`t have to change the lamps as often if I were to fit the energy saving items.
